At Morgen Chocolate we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting the art of chocolate molding. Starting with selecting highly unique styles, each of our molds is made by hand, intricately detailed and carefully wrapped in high-grade clear cellophane. A decorative bow and label completes each item. As with our truffles, our molded chocolates are 100% all-natural… no colors, no preservatives, no artificial anything.

Our molds come from a variety of sources. Many of our holiday pieces are very old styles, mostly European in origin. We love these classic pieces, many of which have been used for nearly 100 years, because they simply cannot be improved upon. In fact, we are constantly on alert for the rediscovery of antique molds, which may be replicated for current use.

But very often our molds are our own creations. When we could not locate an outstanding Scrooge, for example, we designed our own! You will note that many of the molds on this site display information about their origins, especially those that are antique replications or ones designed exclusively by Morgen Chocolate.

Our company also has hundreds of molds not shown on this site. For expanded holiday options or unique themes for party favors, we have many other items available. We also specialize in creating custom gifts that utilize a logo or special theme. It is almost limitless what can be molded in chocolate, so feel free to contact us to explore such options.
